I am soo excited that Canada has finally won gold at an Olympics held in Canada!! Go Alexandre Bilodeau! He had an amazing run and he definitely deserved that win, no matter what Dale Begg-Smith has to say. I laughed so hard when the announcer on television called Begg-Smith a villain, because he certainly is one with the way he is contesting his silver medal, claiming that he should have won gold.
He is obviously a guy who always gets what he wants out of life, but he needs to suck it up this time. He won gold at the last Olympics, let Alexandre Bilodeau have his moment to shine!
Bilodeau has wont he hearts of Canadians and helped to inspire the rest of Canada's athletes to reach for Gold!!
